5-Minute Peach Frozen Yogurt

If you are craving a cold summer treat, try this out!  If you eat it right away, it’s similar to a soft-serve frozen yogurt.  If you freeze it for later, it’s closer to a peach sorbet.  Either way, it’s super yummy.  Test it out with other fruits and let me know if you find one you like! PRINT

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen peaches OR 4 c. fresh peaches, frozen solid
  • 3 Tbsp. honey (or agave)
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Add the frozen peaches, honey, yogurt, and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze.
Can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
