Apples with Peanut Butter Hummus

For a variation, add 1/8 tsp cinnamon to the spread.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
  • 2 Tbsp plain hummus

 

Directions

  1. Slice the apple, removing the core.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and hummus.
  3. Spread onto your apple slices, one at a time.
  4. Eat slowly, making happy sounds.
