  • Bayfront Park (from the Playfront parking lot, walk through archway- practice is held to the left of the stage, overlooking the Aerial Lift Bridge)

Weather Back-up:
Kyle held a survey and determined that the majority of people prefer to practice via Zoom if unable to practice outside due to weather.  Kyle will send out an email update to her newsletter subscribers when they can’t practice outside and will include the Zoom link. This flow practice is a Vinyasa/Hatha blend with an Ashtanga influence that demonstrates respect for each unique individual, their experience level, ability, and personal practice goals.  We focus on connecting with our bodies, quieting our minds, building endurance, flexibility, and muscular and core strength. We link breath with movement to enhance our ability to regulate our nervous system in response to stress. Kyle weaves in poetry, mindfulness practices, options for breath-work, meditation, positive psychology, and deep relaxation. The ultimate invitation is to begin to shed the layers of stress and trauma stored in our bodies. We practice to return to our center, to know ourselves more deeply, and to reconnect with our wholeness and well-being. This practice is guided by Kyle Leia Heyesen, MSW, E-RYT, YACEP.
