20 Fun Things to do at Home during a Quarantine

Though the majority of us are currently quarantined, there are ways to make the best of it. It’s easy to just plop on the couch to watch some Netflix (I’m not against this- sometimes plopping is needed for self-care, too), but to feel our best, there are other ways we can keep ourselves busy and feeling good. Here are some ideas!

• Bring out your art supplies
• Start a Virtual Book Club
• Learn how to knit, crochet, or sew
• Make recipes you’ve been wanting to try
• Bake some homemade bread or baked goods
• Make some jewelry
• Flex your green thumb
• Utilize some virtual fitness or yoga classes
• Work on some DIY home projects
• Read a book (click here for info on how to access e-books from The Duluth Library)
• Master new makeup looks or hairstyles
• Reorganize your space and give it a deep clean
• Virtually tour museum exhibits
• Research a topic that interests you
• Learn a new skill
• Take an online class or training
• Learn a new language
• Teach your pet new tricks
• Facetime with friends and family
• Use Zoom whiteboard to play hangman or other games for a virtual game night
