Easy Peanut Butter Granola

This quick & easy granola is great as a snack on it’s own or can be combined with your favorite nuts and dried fruit to make a yummy trail mix! PRINT


  • 4 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. old fashioned rolled oats


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine peanut butter and honey and microwave until melted. Stir well.
Add cinnamon and vanilla.
Add oats and stir until well mixed.
Spread mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until granola is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. (Granola will get crunchier as it cools.)
