SEASON 1: Stretch & Flexibility
Each week this online class will focus on building core strength, stability in joints, flexibility, awareness of weaknesses or areas of inflexibility through a variety of exercises.  The moves in this class are not meant to be limited to this class time. The goal is to equip you with the necessary exercises, tools and self-awareness that is needed on a daily basis to improve strength, flexibility and maintenance of your bodies.
