- 4 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 head of radicchio, roughly chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
1. Whisk together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Add walnuts, celery, cranberries, radicchio and apple.
3. Toss to combine. Chill until ready to eat.
